Welcome to the Villa du "Portail Neuf" in the heart of the Provencal village of Visan, where we welcome you for your family vacations. Peace and quiet are guaranteed, with breathtaking views over the vineyards and rolling hills of Provence to recharge your batteries.
The 130m2 single-storey house, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is ideally located between the Drôme and Vaucluse regions, at the gateway to the village of Visan. Nestled in a verdant setting, this property offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, allowing you to take full advantage of the tranquility of the countryside for a truly relaxing break.
Take advantage of its vast 1400m2 garden, including a summer kitchen and plancha. These facilities are the guarantee of convivial and precious moments with family or friends, lulled by the gentle song of the cicadas. The swimming pool is bathed in sunshine all day long. For a convivial aperitif, the terrace facing the pool and the Provencal hills is perfectly laid out with its large wooden table and parasol.
The lounge/dining room/TV area is ideal for relaxing under the air-conditioning. For your comfort, the house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and walk-in shower, the other with a walk-in shower.
On the night side, our 3 bedrooms, all decorated in a refined, minimalist style, will ensure you a good night's sleep thanks to their top-quality bedding. All our rooms have terraces. Two rooms stand out: the master suite with its private bathroom and the children's room with its three beds.
