Traditional mill, synoptic panels and a playful space coexist to help you discovery the world of the olive tree and olives. It was established in 1856 by the Marquis de Gaudemaris.
The mill is open to visit all year round from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 to 11:30 am(12:00 in summer) and from 2 pm to 6 pm (6:30 pm in summer). Open from Easter Sunday to the end of August from 10:30 to 11:30 am and from 14:30 to 17:30 pm.
The mill really comes alive for visitors at the time fo the fêtes des Moulins or during the winter holidays when you can discover and taste the new oil.From the traditional stone grinding wheels, the presses and the sacks, the mill is now equipped with ultramodern equipment. The olive oils have often won at the Concours Général de Paris, Gold Medal in 1995, 1999, 2000, 2008. Extra virgin, 100% natural, oil made with Verdales of Carpentras olives.
