It’s not just the downhill stretches where the path is stony, the uphill climbs are just as bad! Thus, for this route riders need good control over their mountain bikes. This isn’t too much of a problem though, as you can take lots of breaks en route to take in the surroundings and discover the heritage of the region.
Warning:
• Watch out for livestock guardian dogs in the spring in Aiguebrun, and all year round on the Claparèdes plateau.
• Control your downhill speed; you are not alone on these paths!
Route Variant: the length of the route can easily be doubled by joining the second part of circuit no.58 'Crêtes du Grand Luberon'', up to 'Barbe Blanche'.
