1898, the beginning of a history that has spanned 4 generations. Bouachon, a family of coopers, invites you to partake in a unique experience: tasting wines directly from the barrel. Equipped with his expertise, our sommelier will explain the importance of wood and its containers in this crucial stage of wine making, the maturing stage.
