The Mas Caron estate is set in 12 hectares of vines planted with the main grape varieties of the Ventoux PDO. It offers 2 Ventoux cuvées: red and rosé, a 100% Caladoc cuvée in IGP Vaucluse and a Vin de France aged for 1 year in oak barrels.
Sales and entertainment cellar + barrel cellar + wine-making and storage cellar on roadside with parking area, main farmhouse with 2 gîtes.180 olive trees spread over the 15 ha of the estate, 11 ha of vines, Mède river at property boundary.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12.30 pm and between 3 pm and 7 pm.
Closed on Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on Easter Monday.

Opening hours daily between 3 pm and 6 pm.
