This cycling trip starts in the quaint city of Isle sur la Sorgue - the Venise of Provence - famous for its Sunday market.
Day 1: Isle sur la Sorgue, Venice of Provence.
Day 2: Cherry orchards and Perched Medieval villages. Isle-sur-la-Sorgue - Pernes-les-Fontaines - Venasque - Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (24.8 miles).
Day 3: Grey stones and coloured sands : magnificent perched villages of the Luberon. Isle sur la Sorgue - Cabrières - Gordes - Roussillon - Bonnieux (24.8 miles).
Day 4: The majesty of the Luberon Mountains & lavander fields (blooming in July). Bonnieux - Auribeau - Castellet - Apt - Bonnieux (30.4 miles).
Day 5: Peter Mayle’s Luberon. Bonnieux - Lacoste - Ménerbes - Oppède le Vieux - Robion - Isle sur la Sorgue (21.8miles).
