Restaurant le Four à Chaux CAROMB

Fresh goat cheese on warm walnut bread. Crème brûlée of foie gras with onion jam. Tripe and trotters Marseilles style, prepared the old-fashioned way. Grilled lamb chops with Provence herbs, quail paté with Armagnac.

This restaurant is in a former lime plant located at the base of the village of Le Barroux. Here you can taste traditional, refined cuisine on our shady terrace, in a green setting.
Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday from November to March, and closed Tuesday from April to November.
