The restaurant “Le M” offers a fabulous view of the estate and surrounding countryside. The terrace and hotel lounges offer modern-day comfort in a luxury setting while retaining the spirit of the 16th-century Château. Chef, Christophe Chiavola, masterfully works with his team to offer a refined menu, inspired by the large Ecocert certified organic vegetable garden which contains over 50 different varieties of vegetables. The gourmet restaurant “M” is open in the evening, and in summer the bistro “le Madi” takes over for lunch. By the pool, relaxation and conviviality are guaranteed!
