The 45 m2 garden-level studio is made up of:

- A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, combined microwave-oven, induction plate, dishwasher.
- The independent entrance can be adapted to install a cot.
And of course, the garden awaits, with all its different areas ideal for reading, swimming or simply doing nothing...
