Quality decoration. Quiet, large private garden area, closed park cars, covered terrace with stoned stone barbecue.
Secured swimming pool (5x10) and shared with the owners. Very beautiful view on the Mont Ventoux 200 metres from village centre Near vineyards, Bacchus qualification, and possibilities to visit the properties and wine-making cellars.
Living room, -double sofa bed, TV DVD, WiFI, electric heating and air conditioning, wood stove (open or closed) -entirely built-in equipped kitchen area, micro-waves, oven, fridge/freezer, dish washing machine, line washing machine.
On mezzanine 1 double bed (1.40 cm).
