Swimming pool (8x4) from end of April to end of October secured by barrier and alarm, with beach and deckchairs. Terrace on south and north sides of the house. On the ground floor: fitted independent kitchen, fully equipped. Air-conditioned living room with dining area opening onto the southern terrace and lounge area. Washroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Laundry room. On first floor, 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds 140x190 and 160x200, 2 single beds 90x200 (or option of a large bed 180x200). Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Children's toys, board games, complete baby kit. Ping-pong, petanque, 2 adult bikes available. Flat screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi connection
