The Silvain family are farmers and nougat makers who manufacture nougat from the produce they grow on site, namely almonds from their farm and lavender honey from their 200 behives, located between Mont Ventoux and the Luberon hills. Also worth tasting are their delicious "Nougalettes".
Free tour of production plant with slide show on Maison Silvain and manufacturing process. Advance booking required.
