Summer truffle plate #1 Espace Terroir

After a stroll through the Provençale market and a stop at the small retail market selling the Tuber Aestivum, in front of the tourist office, enjoy a gourmet treat and discover or rediscover the summer truffle with a plate of truffles on toast, accompanied by a glass of PDO Ventoux wine served by the winemakers themselves.
