Traditional fair in fall, dating from the Middle Ages. Lots of stands proposing their wares for 2 days, in the heart of the city.
Traditional early winter fair, one of the oldest events in Avignon. The Fair at Saint Andrew's feast day is six centuries old, it was traditionally the time and place to come start purchasing gifts to prepare for Christmas festivities.
