Come and discover our profession of distiller during an unforgettable experience: You will have the chance to witness all the stages of creation of our unique whiskey, made from an ancient grain: the small spelt of high Provence.
You will also discover the incredible history of rebirth of Château du Barroux, originally dating from the 12th century but which was a huge ruin at the beginning of the 20th century. You will get a paper guide during your tour. Children from 3 years old will be given a specific visit booklet in order to make the visit of the castle as fun as possible.
